The Medicaid/CHIP Contract Management unit is responsible for managing over 4,000 pharmacy contracts, including reviewing applications, assigning fees, recommending and imposing sanctions, and resolving compliance issues.
When to Contact
In accordance with the terms and conditions of your contract with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission, all pharmacy providers must notify Contract Management of any changes in pharmacy status. This includes updates to your billing or physical addresses, phone and fax numbers, or if your pharmacy has closed.
Please confirm your information is up-to-date by using our online Pharmacy Search and mail/fax any corrections to Medicaid/CHIP on your pharmacy letterhead.
