Field Administration

The Vendor Drug Program’s regional offices are divided into 11 regions and 14 sub-regions.  The regional organization is managed by the regional pharmacist manager. A regional coordinator serves as statewide administrative team lead for the group.  Each sub-region is staffed with a regional consultant pharmacist and regional administrative assistant.

Medicaid clients that need assistance should call the Medicaid Help Line 1-800-335-8957.  The Medicaid Help Line will transfer calls to Vendor Drug if assistance is needed with outpatient prescription drug issues.
