Use this search feature to find products that are part of the Medicaid/CHIP formulary. Enter either a part of or the entire 11-digit National Drug Code (NDC) or product name to get information on products such as package size, wholesale estimated acquisition cost, and coverage dates. For example, a Drug Name search of "Act" will return records for "Actonel" through "Actos."

• Learn more about the symbols appearing in the search results.
• Learn more about the Preferred Drug List (PDL).
• If the search doesn't produce the expected results, re-enter the criteria making it less specific (i.e. enter just the first letter of the item you are searching for).
• Sometimes web browsers show old data in search results. To ensure that your web browser shows the most up-to-date version of a webpage, please do the following:
• Hold the SHIFT key down on the keyboard.
• While holding down the SHIFT key, use the mouse to click the refresh/reload icon in your browser. This will force the browser to go to the Internet and get a fresh copy of the page/data.
