Active Pharmacy Search:
KHC Program
Use this search feature to identify and locate Kidney Health Care (KHC) contracted pharmacies. Enter either a part or the entire pharmacy name to get information on pharmacies including location and phone number. For example, a “Pharmacy Name” search of "DO" will return records for "Doc’s" through "Downtown Pharmacy".
Notes:
- If the search doesn't produce the expected results, re-enter the criteria making it less specific (i.e. enter just the first letter of the item you are searching for).
- To capture all records, enter the "%" (percent) symbol as your criteria in any field.
- Sometimes web browsers show old data in search results. To ensure that your web browser shows the most up-to-date version of a webpage, please do the following:
- Hold the SHIFT key down on the keyboard.
- While holding down the SHIFT key, use the mouse to click the refresh/reload icon in your browser. This will force the browser to go to the Internet and get a fresh copy of the page/data.
