Texas Medicaid - Vendor Drug Program Medicaid Active Pharmacy Search

This search returns a list of Pharmacies where the search criteria entered is all or part of the beginning text of the pharmacy name, address, city or zip code entered. For example, you can search for a pharmacy where the name begins with a specific letter OR string of letters -- (i.e. "Ec" will return records for Eckerd and Economy. Entering just the letter A in the city field will bring up Pharmacy listings in Austin, Arlington, Alice, Alamo, ...). You can limit the resulting data by entering search criteria in more than one field.

Notes:

• If the search doesn't produce expected results, re-enter the criteria making it less specific (i.e. try entering just the first letter of the name or city you are searching for).

• To capture all records, enter the "%" (percent) symbol as your criteria in any field
