Overview
The Vendor Drug Enhanced Formulary is maintained by the Vendor Drug Program’s prior authorization vendor, Health Information Designs, Inc. (HID).
About the Search
On January 31, 2011 the prior authorization services for the Vendor Drug Program transferred to Health Information Designs, Inc. (HID). The HID PAXpress Formulary Search allows users to search the Vendor Drug formulary and view any criteria used to evaluate a prior authorization for a specific drug and the alternate therapies (where applicable) that are allowed.
