HHSC requests pharmacy providers with Medicaid enrollment revalidations due in or after Dec. 2020 attest whether your provider National Provider Identifier (NPI) is used to bill for Medicaid services.
- To find when your current enrollment expires, visit the Pharmacy Search. After locating your pharmacy, click the link in the Name field and look for the "Medicaid End Date" field in the "Program Coverage" section.
- To attest your NPI, login to your account at the National Plan and Enumeration System website and review the taxonomies you selected (attested) for each of your NPIs. Ensure all applicable taxonomies in the table below have been selected (attested). If your account does not have these taxonomies then you must update your account by adding the applicable taxonomies by Nov. 30, 2020, to avoid any possible delays in revalidating your enrollment.
