Scheduled PEMS Outage for Pharmacy Providers December 8, 2021

TMHP has scheduled a Provider Enrollment and Management System (PEMS) outage for pharmacy providers to begin Wednesday evening, December 8, 2021; the outage will last until Monday morning, December 13, 2021. During this time, PEMS will be unavailable for pharmacy providers.
