The Children with Special Health Care Needs Services Program (CSHCN) completed a review of the program drug formulary with consideration of utilization, available treatment alternatives, and best value for the program. Based on review findings, CSHCN removed the following drugs from the CSHCN formulary as of April 17, 2023.
