The quarterly NDC-to-HCPCS Crosswalk is now available for clinician-administered drug processing.
The crosswalk identifies relationships between NDC and Medicaid-reimbursable Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System codes. HHSC publishes the crosswalk based on quarterly additions to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services list of rebate-eligible drugs and new drugs added monthly to the First Databank pricing compendia. HHSC wants providers to use the crosswalk to ensure that claims are accurately submitted.
