PAXpress, VDP Clinical Prior Authorization Website, To Redirect to New Address On Nov. 4

Acentra, a subcontractor of Gainwell Technologies, will migrate its PAXpress-branded prior authorization website to a new domain on Nov. 4, 2024, from https://paxpress.txpa.hidinc.com to https://paxpress-txpa.acentra.com. Acentra will begin the change at 7:00 p.m. (Central Time), and the website will be available during the transition.

This change impacts links to the clinical prior authorization criteria guides and the PDL Criteria Guide. Acentra created redirects, and users accessing the old site will automatically forward to the new Acentra site. While redirects should prevent broken links, VDP recommends stakeholders begin updating websites and other materials to reflect the new URL.
