VDP Provider Portal Maintenance Scheduled For Tonight, July 16, 7-9 p.m.

The VDP Provider Portal will be offline for maintenance on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, between 7:00 and 9:00 p.m. central time. The portal and the following portal functions will not be accessible during this time:

• Accessing electronic remittance advices and 835 files
• Checking client eligibility
• Submitting prior authorization requests

Users attempting to access the portal will see a temporary unavailable message until the maintenance is complete.
