Policy Development

Draft Policy Review Status

VDP develops new policies to improve access to the Medicaid and CHIP drug program and implements new laws, regulations, and other requirements. VDP seeks feedback from stakeholders, including pharmacies, prescribers, other providers, manufacturers, program clients, and the public, regarding these draft policies. The policies on this page are only drafts and are not considered final. To submit comments on a draft policy, submit the Draft Policy Comment Submission (HHS Form 1342).
