IMPORTANT: VDP Provider Portal Registration Reminder

People attempting to register for the VDP Provider Portal should collect the following pieces of information before beginning the registration process:
- 10-digit National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- 6-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN)
- 9-digit Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN)
