Traditional Medicaid

HHSC reimburses pharmacies an additional $0.50 incentive fee for dispensing premium preferred generic (PPG) drugs on Medicaid claims. The amount appears in the "Incentive Amount Paid" field (521-FL) of the paid claim response. The incentive does not apply to $0.00 total payment amount claims.
